This report will be an honest assessment of the structural and mechanical details of your new home. Being well informed about your new home and the largest investment of your life is a sensible investment.

Your home inspection will take between two and a half to five hours, depending on the size and age of the home. During the inspection, all mechanical and structural components in your new home will be checked. Afterward, you will receive a detailed, computer generated digital report and color photos covering many different aspects of your new home. The PDF file report will be emailed to you for future reference.
